When you join our early-access list:We collect your email address and record how you signed up, including whether you used our website or our in-person QR code. We also record your subscription and confirmation status.We use this information to send you updates about Network Nirvana, including its development, launch, early access and your 10% discount.We only send these marketing emails with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
 
When you contact us
We collect your name, email address and any information you include in your message.We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss our products or workshops, or follow up on opportunities you've asked about.Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, as we need this information to respond to people who contact us.

• Kit manages our email subscribers, confirmations and email communications.
• Namesco and our email providers help us manage and deliver incoming enquiries.Kit records information about email delivery and may track when emails are opened or links are clicked.We take reasonable steps to protect your information, restrict access to people who need it and work with providers that offer appropriate security measures.We don't sell your personal information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing.Some of our service providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. 4. How long we keep your information

We don't keep personal information longer than necessary.Email subscribers: We keep your details while you're subscribed and review our list periodically. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a minimal record to make sure we respect your wishes.Contact enquiries: We normally keep your information for up to 12 months after our last correspondence, unless an ongoing business relationship or legal requirement means we need it for longer.Unconfirmed signups: We remove email addresses where a subscription hasn't been confirmed after 90 days.

Kit records subscription and email delivery information and uses tracking technologies that may record when emails are opened or links are clicked.We have disabled Kit's optional advanced tracking features.
